Patricia Ellen Malliot, 66, passed in the presence of the Lord on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 with her loving husband at her side.
Patti was born on August 8, 1952 in Gettysburg, SD to Elmer and Violet Ellen Westphal.

Patti worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for over 20 years where she was known to her patients and residents as fun loving, caring, and compassionate.  She always knew how to put a smile on everyone’s face.  Soon after her nursing career, she became an associate for AFLAC insurance company where she received many awards and recognitions for her hard work and dedication.  Patti always had a special trait and ability to communicate with others (often for hours) and she found her niche in AFLAC to do just so.

On July 10, 2004 Patti married the love of her life, Frank Malliot.  Together enjoyed the outdoors including fishing, camping and simply holding hands while spending time together.  It was the simple things around her in life that she never took for granted, commenting how fortunate and thankful she was.  She was also a woman of strong faith, believing in the power and strength of Jesus Christ’s love and the beauty and peace that would await for her after her passing.
Loved ones that will miss Patti until they meet again are her loving husband, Frank Malliot; brother Barney Westphal; children Chance (Misty) Cozino, Jason (Olivia) Moore, Cory (Tammy) Moore, Laura (Duane) Morris, Linda (Kevin) Walker; 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild.  She loved and touched everyone deeply.

Please join us celebrating her life on Monday, November 19, 2018 at 10:00 am at Lovell Bible Church, 56 East Main Street, Lovell.

I would like to express my condolences to the family and friends of Patricia Malliot. LThere will come a time when death and mourning will be no more. (Revelation 21:3,4) This is what our loving God, Jehovah, has promised. We also have the hope of seeing our loved ones again. (John 5:28,29) May those verses bring you some comfort in your time of mourning.

My condolences to the family. When loosing a loved one it can be unbearable. That is why God has provided scriptures in the Bible to help ones cope with the loss. In the Bible book of Isaiah 25:8 Jehovah God promises soon to "swallow up death forever." He also promises to bring back those who have fallen asleep in death (Acts 24:15). In a little while longer this kind of pain will be a thing of the past (Revelations 21:4). May these scriptures bring you comfort in this difficult time
