Marlene Dobbins, 68, of Lovell, passed peacefully on November  25th, 2019 after a courageous battle with several health issues including cancer. She was born to Elmer and Frances Tappen on September 29,1951 in Saginaw Michigan.

Marlene worked many years in the service industry, most recently at the Big Horn senior center. Her hobbies included crocheting, gardening & canning, and fishing with her kids. She was a long-time member of the local cribbage league.

She was preceded in death by her parents Elmer and Frances Tappen and her sister Dawn Tappen.

She is survived by her husband Rick; brothers Dennis and Elmer aka Cork (Bonnie); sisters Barb (Steve) and Diane. Also, a very special lady, her best friend for over 50 years, Bert Hall (Walt) and her children, Peggy, Rick, and Ben. She was blessed with four children, Tina Rosenberg, Russell (Bill) Gould, Joseph Gould, and Tasha Gould; seven grandchildren Jack, Michael, Andrew, Chris, Dakota, Austin, and Joseph; and ten great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Haskell Funeral Home. Viewing/Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to services.
