Charlotte Loucille Smith, 87, of Powell, passed away on Friday, October 8, 2021, at New Horizons Care Center in Lovell. Cremation has taken place and no services are planned.

Charlotte is survived by her daughters Vera Ruth Carroll and Cynthia Ann Teitsch both of Powell.
