Frank Salinas Sanchez was born to Amador and Leoneides Sanchez in Lovell Wyoming on January 29, 1951, and passed away peacefully February 24, 2023, at the age of 72 surrounded by family and friends. Although there were brief residences in Texas, Colorado, and New Mexico, Frank spent most of his life in Byron Wyoming.
Frank could walk into a room full of strangers and make friends with everyone. He had a heart of gold and passion for making the people that needed it the most, smile. In addition to being a professional jokester he loved fishing, camping, bowling, darts, and playing cards. He worked as a truck driver for multiple companies over the duration of his life but what Frank was most known for was being a musician. The Wyoming native played in many bands as a drummer/singer and traveled to countless places to play for crowds of all sizes.
Frank was blessed with a large and loving family. He married the love of his life and best Friend, Rosa Gaitan on July 9, 1971, in Lovell. He helped raise his three children with patience, discipline, and humility. He taught them many things but amongst all the lessons, the most important thing they could have gained from him, was his love of life and accepting every challenge life threw his way with a smile.
Frank is survived by siblings and spouse Manuel and Carol Sanchez, and Martin Gaitan. Children and their spouses, (grandchildren and great grandchildren).
