Margaret Ann (Dunn) Grimmelmann

Margaret Ann "Maggie" Grimmelmann, 77, of Gillette, Wyoming, formerly of Belle Fourche, South Dakota, passed away Thursday, January 8, 2026, at the Wyoming Retirement Center in Basin, Wyoming, of complications from dementia.

Maggie was born February 12, 1948, in Duplin County, North Carolina, to Howell Union Dunn and Charlotte Eleanor Dunn (Knowles). She had an interesting life as a wife, mother, retail clerk, professional lady wrestler, over the road truck driver and cashier. Her most recent job was as a cashier at Lynn's Dakota Mart in Belle Fourche.

Maggie is survived by her husband, Karl Grimmelmann of Gillette; son, Robert Steele of Belle Fourche; daughter, Eleanor of Ida, Michigan; brother, Horace Dunn of Durham, North Carolina; along with four grandchildren, six great grandchildren and many cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Harold Dunn; daughter, Deborah Phillips; and a grandson.

There will be no services. Cremation is being handled by Haskell Funeral Home in Lovell, Wyoming.
