Sandra (Baird) Price

Sandra Baird Price passed away from this life on December 21, 2021, in Lovell, Wyoming.  She was 72 years of age.  Sandi was born on May 11, 1949, in Powell, Wyoming, the daughter of Melvin and Jenny Lynn Baird.   Sandi was married to Hal K. Price for 55 years.  They have five children, 19 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren (#11 on the way).  Their children: Kirk Price, Jeff Price, Mike Price, Jill Hitz and Michelle Banks. 

Sandi grew up in Cowley, WY but lived most of her life in Lovell, WY.  She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.  Sandi served several times in the Relief Society and truly enjoyed this service and made wonderful life-time friends with those she served with.  Sandi was a loving mother and thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Sandi enjoyed watching her grandchildren play sports, going to the mountains, looking at the wildflowers.  She was a terrific cook and baker, an accomplished seamstress, and loved sharing the fruits of her labors.   She was an avid shopper and spent many a Black Friday shopping with her daughters and daughters-in-law making quite an event of that experience. 

Sandi is preceded in death by her father, Melvin Baird.

Sandi is survived by her spouse, Hal Price, children: Kirk & Holly Price, Jeff Price, Mike & April Price, Jill & Lynn Hitz and Michelle & Dave Banks, grandchildren: Brandon & Jessica Price, Brittany & Cody Washburn, Riley & Harmony Price, Mallory Price, Cody Price, Caylee & Ryan Archuleta, Breya Price, Jacob Price, Kendra Price, Ethan Price, Kaleb & Kayla Hitz, Logan Hitz, Zane Hitz and Colter Hitz, Dalton Banks, Travis Banks, Scott Banks, Tyler Banks and Kasen Banks. Also, her 10 great-grandchildren.

She is also survived by her mother, Jenny Baird, and siblings Don & Greer Baird, Wes & Pam Baird, Susan Clark, Rod & Jayne Baird.

Services will be on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in the Lovell LDS Stake Center.  She will be buried at the Lovell Cemetery.
