Wanetta Kay (Pearson) Foster

Wanetta Kay Foster died peacefully on February 14, 2021in Billings, MT surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with cirrhosis of the liver. Kay was born September 18, 1943 in Lovell, WY to  Ruby and David Pearson. She graduated from Byron Eagles High School in 1963.

Kay is survived by her children, Justin and Lori Foster, Shane and Jen Foster, Shania Foster, Evette and Santiago Raya , and Tony Barclay; her sisters, Joannie Rodriguez, Janie Foster, Robin Barclay, Linda Barnes, Noralee Cook and the late Debbie Burrows; her brother Bobby Hoffman; and her 7 grandchildren.

Kay married Daniel Jerry Foster in 1968. Danny always told the story that he was in the sandbox playing with his toys and Kay just came and snatched him up. Next thing he knew, he was married to a beautiful woman. They were married for 36 years.

Kay was a kind soul. Her smile was contagious. She loved spending time running after her grandchildren and going to visit her sisters in Byron and being with her family. Kay touched many lives with her loving heart and amazing attitude.

The family invites you to attend a service at the LDS Church in Byron, WY on February 27, 2021 at 2:00PM in the afternoon.
